Hotel Dashboard – Operational View

The B2B SaaS platform focuses on intermediation and management of services in the hotel sector, connecting hotels, providers and administrative staff in one centralized digital ecosystem.
I started as a Front-End developer and later worked as Full Stack, contributing both to the interface and to business rules and backend integrations.
The platform is organized around three main profiles: Provider—with full onboarding, automated résumé generation and a personalized calendar; Hotel—with an operational panel for creating and tracking services; and Admin—handling financial management, payment processing and operational control.
The solution was built with a Full Stack architecture using React, Next.js, Spring Boot and PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS. It centralizes operational and financial rules, including permission controls, report generation and integration with Banco Inter for payment automation.
The project involved challenges such as multi-profile access control, complex operational flows, banking integrations and consistency across financial processes.
