I worked as a Front-end Developer on Voxa, a digital platform focused on helping people understand themselves better professionally and make more assertive career decisions.
The project brings together different assessments and interactive experiences, such as career moment tests, professional goal definition, problem-solving assessments, person–company fit mapping and leadership potential analysis. One of the platform's main differentiators is interview simulation with an AI-powered interactive chat that analyzes answers and generates results in real time.
On the front end, I built interactive, responsive, user-centered interfaces, ensuring clarity in presenting tests and smooth navigation across complex steps. I worked hands-on with dynamic flows and varied UI states, keeping data display consistent and personalized outcomes reliable.
I actively contributed to product evolution alongside product, UX and engineering teams, supporting technical decisions and continuous improvements. The project demanded strong attention to usability, accessibility and performance, especially for long, interactive journeys.
Development of interfaces for dynamic assessment flows, including AI-powered interview simulation, real-time result processing and personalized data presentation for users.
Direct contribution to the user experience on a career-focused platform, ensuring clarity, flow and reliability in critical interactions such as assessments and interview simulations.
