CoreNote

CoreNote is a local-first desktop notes hub for people who write a lot and want privacy, focus, and control over their files.

Markdown and plain-text notes live on disk with SQLite metadata. Organize with folders, tags, pins, archive, and trash. Navigate with Ctrl+P. Focus mode hides the chrome so the text stays center stage. The Vault protects sensitive notes with a master password and auto-lock — encryption runs only in the Electron main process.

Optional local folder sync mirrors notes to a Windows path you choose. The marketing site presents the product and installer; notes are not hosted as a cloud SaaS.
